For travel time charges for mediations & arbitrations held at locations other than at BAY’s offices in Atlanta, please contact BAY.>ALL CHARGES WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY AMONG ALL PARTIES, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING. RATES MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS. THE FEE IS TO BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE.
OUR CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IS WITH THE ATTORNEY(S). WE EXTEND CREDIT, WITH NO ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT, BASED ON THE ATTORNEY’S CREDIT. THE ATTORNEY, IN TURN, COLLECTS FROM HIS/HER CLIENT. THEREFORE, WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) REGARDLESS OF CLIENT ACTIVITY. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON EVERY ARBITRATION PRIOR TO THE AWARD BEING PUBLISHED.
*** A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.50% PER MONTH (18% PER YEAR) WILL BE CHARGED ON BALANCES DUE OVER 45 DAYS.

Bio
Chris Simon has represented plaintiffs and defendants in injury, wrongful death and insurance litigation as a civil litigator for 28 years. The first 10 years of his career were spent as an insurance defense trial attorney representing a variety of insurance carriers in Auto, Trucking and Premises Liability cases. Since 2007, Chris has practiced as a plaintiffs’ lawyer in Automobile Injuries, Trucking, Premises Liability and Negligent Security Cases. He also has experience in the areas of Condemnation, Construction Defects, Commercial Construction Insurance Coverage Disputes, Bad Faith/Extra-Contractual Claims, Coverage, and Subrogation.
Chris was chosen as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by the National Trial Lawyers and to Georgia Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite” list. Chris has also been named to the Super Lawyer list as a Rising Star® or as a Super Lawyer® since 2009. He has also been selected as one of the Top 100 Lawyers of Georgia® by Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015. Since 2006, Chris has been a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated hundreds of cases since that time. His background as both a defense attorney and a plaintiffs’ attorney makes him uniquely qualified as a mediator.
Chris frequently speaks on topics relevant to his practice. He is also the author of the book, The Georgia Guide to Buying Car Insurance and Handling Car Accident Claims.
