    Travel Fee:

    $125.00 per hour, plus mileage

    Fees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research, written findings of fact/law and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare or make an informed award or evaluation.

    TRAVEL TIME:
    For travel time charges for mediations held at locations other than at BAY’s offices in Atlanta, please contact BAY.

    ALL CHARGES WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY AMONG ALL PARTIES, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING. RATES MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS. THE FEE IS TO BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE.

    OUR CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IS WITH THE ATTORNEY(S). WE EXTEND CREDIT, WITH NO ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT, BASED ON THE ATTORNEY’S CREDIT. THE ATTORNEY, IN TURN, COLLECTS FROM HIS/HER CLIENT. THEREFORE, WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) REGARDLESS OF CLIENT ACTIVITY.

    *** A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.50% PER MONTH (18% PER YEAR) WILL BE CHARGED ON BALANCES DUE OVER 45 DAYS.

Bio

William M. (Bill) Dallas III has been representing parties in tort litigation since 1988. He has participated in hundreds of mediations and jury trials. His practice has involved a broad range of matters primarily with personal injury and other tort claims. Bill is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell. Bill has practiced not only in the metro Atlanta area but from Athens to Macon to Columbus and the areas in between. His experience and knowledge of these venues makes him uniquely qualified to help individuals, businesses, and insurers to mediate their disputes to a successful conclusion.

Bill grew up in Thomaston, Georgia. He attended Emory University obtaining a B.A. in history. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia.

Bill retired as Senior Partner with the law firm of Beck Owen and Murray in February of 2024 to focus exclusively on mediation.
