Fees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research, written findings of fact/law and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare or make an informed award or evaluation.

THEREFORE, WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) REGARDLESS OF CLIENT ACTIVITY. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON EVERY ARBITRATION PRIOR TO THE AWARD BEING PUBLISHED.

Wallace Miller III is a fourth-generation attorney from Macon. He has been in private law practice in Macon for over 41 years, practicing as an insurance defense counsel and plaintiffs’ counsel in personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance related litigation. For the past 30 years, Wallace has co-authored an annually published treatise on automobile insurance and tort law in Georgia, Jenkins and Miller, Georgia Automobile Insurance Law, Including Tort Law with Forms (Thompson/West Group, 1989-2019).
Wallace’s civil trial experience consists of participating as lead counsel in completed jury trials in excess of 175 cases in both state and federal courts throughout Georgia, including jury trials in the Superior Courts in 33 different counties of the state. Wallace has in the trenches, hands on experience in almost every aspect of tort, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, professional malpractice and insurance related claims. He is able to apply that broad experience to assist parties in reaching a reasonable resolution in both simple and complex cases.
In addition to his vast litigation experience, Wallace has been lead counsel on more than 60 appeals in the state and federal appellate courts in Georgia. Wallace also has an extensive background in serving as chairperson and presenter at over 100 legal education seminars in Georgia. He is also an adjunct professor at Mercer Law School. Through his many years of practice, Wallace has earned the respect of both the plaintiff and defense bars.
