$200.00 per party/per dayThis fee will be charged to any cancelling party- in addition to any fee charged by the mediator – in the event your mediator elects to charge his or her cancellation fee. BAY admin fees will not be charged a second time if the mediation is rescheduled.

4 Party Case: $400.00 Per Party Per HourFees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research, written findings of fact/law and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare or make an informed award or evaluation.
MINIMUM TIME:
A 4-Hour Minimum will be charged in All Cases.TRAVEL TIME:
For travel time charges for mediations & arbitrations held at locations other than at BAY’s offices in Atlanta, please contact BAY.ALL CHARGES WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY AMONG ALL PARTIES, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING. RATES MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS. THE FEE IS TO BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE.
OUR CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IS WITH THE ATTORNEY(S). WE EXTEND CREDIT, WITH NO ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT, BASED ON THE ATTORNEY’S CREDIT. THE ATTORNEY, IN TURN, COLLECTS FROM HIS/HER CLIENT. THEREFORE, WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) REGARDLESS OF CLIENT ACTIVITY. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON EVERY ARBITRATION PRIOR TO THE AWARD BEING PUBLISHED.
*** A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.50% PER MONTH (18% PER YEAR) WILL BE CHARGED ON BALANCES DUE OVER 45 DAYS.
Bio
Scott Young has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in cases involving Commercial, Construction, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Professional Negligence, Trucking, and Workers’ Compensation. Scott is AV®Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated¹ by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is also a registered neutral with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution and helped to found BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, LLC in 2002. He is a recognized member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and The Georgia Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators. In addition, Scott has a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and is a retired Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRCC-R). Prior to law school, he worked as a vocational evaluator, job/task analyst, industry consultant, and was an approved rehabilitation supplier to the State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
